My body feels relaxed and grounded. I move slower, more intentional. What settles naturally is what I’m building. Just movement with my heart, listening to the natural rhythm of my body.
I remember to step back from time to time to give me the perspective, the big picture, letting my actions to be guided by what’s meaningful and what’s true to me.
I live closer to my heart, my body, my growth. 2026 I know where I’m growing and I take my time to get there because slow growth is what stays.
